In fact, when the thickness of the sheet metal exceeds the upper deviation, the area with small local gap will get stuck during feeding, and stamping deformation will be difficult. The material is not easy to pass through the die and is pulled apart; when the thickness of the sheet metal exceeds the lower deviation, the material becomes thinner, and the compressive stress per unit area of the cross section increases, or because the material becomes thinner, the resistance decreases, and too much sheet metal flows into the die and wrinkles are formed first.
