3. Welding stage

2> Operate the welding equipment to fully mix the metal in the molten pool and remove the bubbles and impurities in it.

4. Cooling stage

The cooling stage is the last step of the welding process and is also a key link to ensure the quality of welding. During the cooling process, the following points need to be noted:

1> Control the cooling speed and ambient temperature to avoid problems such as cracks or deformation of the welded joint due to too fast or too slow cooling.

2> Perform necessary post-processing and inspection on the welded joint, such as grinding, cleaning and testing, to ensure that its quality and performance meet the requirements.
