Drawing of die drawing for metal stamping parts

In a metal stamping parts processing plant, stamping of metal stamping parts requires stamping dies. Today, let's briefly introduce the drawing of the die drawing of this stamping die.

After fully analyzing the original data of the metal stamping parts, the mold designer needs to perform relevant process calculations. Then on this basis, the overall structure and size of the mold can be designed, and then the mold assembly drawing and parts drawing can be drawn. The following is an introduction to the drawing of the mold drawing.

The first step in mold drawing is to draw a sketch of the mold structure; the second step is to draw the mold assembly drawing based on the mold sketch; finally, draw the mold parts drawing according to the mold assembly drawing.

When drawing the mold sketch, the designed mold structure should be fully considered to ensure the quality of the stamping parts, meet the production batch requirements, be convenient and safe to operate, easy to manufacture and maintain, and have a long service life. Under this premise, the focus should be on solving the selection problems of positive and negative structure, elastic rigid unloading or discharging, positioning method and guiding method, so as to make it as reasonable as possible.

When drawing the mold assembly drawing, the main view and top view (side view and partial section view should be drawn if necessary) should clearly reflect the assembly relationship and fixed connection method between the various parts, and mark the plane size and closed height size of the mold. The layout diagram or process diagram should also be drawn in the upper right corner of the drawing, and the title bar and detailed list should be drawn in the lower right corner of the drawing. If necessary, it is also necessary to write out technical requirements and instructions on the assembly, maintenance, operation and other aspects of the mold.

When drawing the mold part drawing, the part drawing should clearly express its structural shape, and should indicate all dimensions, tolerance dimensions, form and position tolerances, surface roughness, materials used, heat treatment requirements and other relevant technical requirements.

After the mold drawing design is completed, it must be checked. This is an indispensable step in the design work, because it is difficult for any mold designer to ensure that the design drawing is error-free.
