1. Avoid collisions between parts during the production process after each process is completed, which can reduce bruises;

2. Properly design equipment, place stamped parts reasonably, and handle them with care to reduce crushing injuries;

3. Clean the stamping parts blank and use clean lubricant to avoid drawing on the surface of the stamping parts;

4. Polishing the working plane of the mold and the burrs at the rounded corners can avoid the occurrence of roughening;

5. Use an elastic unloading plate to compress the sheet before punching it to avoid bending of the sheet. This can prevent the blanking parts from being uneven.
