Plating

Plating is one of the most commonly used methods for hardware surface treatment, which is divided into electroplating and chemical plating.

Spraying

Spraying is to mix pigment powder with other additives, and use the principle of electrostatic adsorption to spray the pigment powder from the spray gun to cover the surface of the workpiece.

Oxidation

Oxidation is the reaction of surface metal with oxide to form an oxide film on the metal surface. This method is used for black oxidation of hardware, which can improve corrosion resistance and aesthetics.

Polishing

Polishing is to cut and grind the surface to obtain a certain degree of flatness and finish. This method is used for bright surface treatment of hardware, which has a good effect on improving aesthetics.

Alloy catalytic liquid technology

Alloy catalytic liquid is suitable for various metal materials, and can be catalyzed as long as it can flow and soak. The product can be processed by heating to about 83℃ at room temperature. During the processing, the metal is generally soaked for about 15-20 minutes. After soaking, wash it with clean water and let it air dry naturally before use. It can be sealed and stored at room temperature and pressure for up to 3-5 years without deterioration1.

Through reasonable surface treatment, not only can the appearance quality of hardware products be improved, but also its corrosion resistance, wear resistance and other properties can be enhanced, thereby extending the service life.
