The automobile mudguard is a product manufactured through precision stamping technology to protect automobiles. It has certain protective characteristics. Its main processing steps are: 

1. Stamping and blanking; 

2. Stamping and forming;

 3. Stamping and profiling. Shaping; 

4. Stamping and trimming; 

5. Stamping and punching; 

6. Surface black electrophoresis treatment, the thickness of the coating is greater than 20μm; salt spray test can reach 240h.

Automotive fenders are precision stamped and formed with a stamping accuracy of ±0.05mm to ensure product accuracy. The material used is t=1.0mm, cold-rolled low carbon steel plate.
