1. General packaging

When metal stamping parts are produced, they are blanking type (only a single finished product), and different packaging materials are used according to product requirements.

2. Disc packaging

This packaging is used when the stamping parts are designed as a belt. When designing belt stamping parts, the use of the back-end process (electroplating and assembly methods) must be considered, and a clear receiving direction must be determined. The stamping unit also determines the mold opening direction according to the receiving direction. Therefore, when using disc receiving packaging, the decision of the receiving direction is very important. The setting of the packaging quantity is a very important factor affecting product quality and production efficiency. How to design a larger number of packages without affecting product quality is what R&D personnel must pay attention to.

General disc packaging materials include: paper trays and plastic trays. The formula can calculate the relationship between the number of parts packaging and the size of the disc.
