3. Material thickness tolerance.
The thickness tolerance of materials should comply with national standards. Because a certain mold gap is only suitable for materials within a certain thickness range, if the material thickness tolerance is too large, it will not only directly affect the quality of the parts, but may also lead to the occurrence of scraps. In processes such as correcting bending and shaping, damage to the mold or press may also occur due to excessive thickness deviation.
