3. Convenient and reliable feeding, easy to realize single-machine automation and mechanized production. Less or no waste can be used for layout.

4. Work is safe, and the operator does not need to put his hand into the danger zone.

5. Phosphor copper terminals and waste are leaking, and high-speed presses can be used for production.

The disadvantages of phosphor copper terminal continuous die are as follows:

1. The part accuracy is generally lower than that of the compound die. Its surface quality is poor.

2. Due to the needs of the die structure, the part overlap value is large, and the material utilization rate is lower than that of the compound die.
